This policy provides general information about data that may be handled when you use imagineclinicsv.com or contact Imagine Clinic through its digital channels.

Information you provide

When you message or call Imagine Clinic, you may provide contact details such as your name, email address and phone number. If you choose to continue to the official Online Scheduling platform, the details you enter to request an appointment are provided directly through the Software Medilink/Healthatom platform, not through imagineclinicsv.com. Do not add symptoms, photographs, test results or other clinical documents through contact fields or open messaging.

How information may be used

Information Imagine Clinic receives through its contact channels may be used to answer questions, communicate information related to an appointment and protect the service from misuse. Appointment requests made through Online Scheduling are managed on the Software Medilink/Healthatom platform. Reading this policy or requesting an appointment is not consent to marketing communications.

Online scheduling and Software Medilink

The appointment page does not collect or process booking details on our server. When you choose to continue, you voluntarily open the official Software Medilink/Healthatom Online Scheduling platform in a new tab; only then does your browser connect directly to that service.

Information you enter through Online Scheduling is handled on Healthatom's platform, which may use cookies or storage necessary to provide that function. An appointment should be treated as registered only when Healthatom displays its confirmation; opening the platform or starting the process does not confirm a booking.

Kommo web chat

The chat loads only when you select the button to open it. At that point, your browser connects to Kommo, which receives the conversation content, a session identifier and technical connection data. Our website adds the language and technical website source to maintain the dialogue and guide the inquiry. Messages may also be routed or processed through n8n-based automation.

The website stores a technical flag in sessionStorage to remember, only for that browsing session, that you opened or dismissed the chat invitation. This flag is not used for analytics.

Do not use the chat for emergencies. Do not send photographs, documents, test results or especially sensitive clinical information; in an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Optional analytics

Optional measurement tools load only after you accept analytics cookies. You can reject them and continue browsing. To reduce data exposure, the appointment page does not load the analytics container even when general measurement has been accepted. Read our cookie policy for details.

Public reviews through Trustindex

Pages that display public reviews may use a Trustindex widget associated with Imagine Clinic. When present, the content loads directly from Trustindex and may include the public name, rating, text, date and photograph published by the reviewer. Imagine Clinic does not send clinical data, messages or information entered on this website to the widget.

When a Trustindex widget loads, Trustindex and the services from which it obtains public resources may receive technical data such as the IP address, browser and request time. Read the Trustindex Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy and our terms of use.

Links and social media

The website includes links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. When you select them, you visit external services that are also governed by their own policies.
