You can remove this site's stored data from your browser's privacy settings. The consent notice will appear again on your next visit.

Online scheduling and external services

The appointment page does not collect or process booking details on our server. If you choose to continue, you voluntarily open the official Software Medilink/Healthatom Online Scheduling platform in a new tab; only then does your browser connect directly to Healthatom.

Healthatom's platform may use cookies or storage necessary to provide its scheduling process. That activity takes place on its service and is governed by the information Healthatom provides there. The appointment is registered only when Healthatom displays its confirmation.

Kommo chat

The chat component does not load until you select the button to open it. At that point, the browser connects to Kommo, which may use cookies or storage and receives the conversation, a session identifier and technical connection data. Our website adds the language and technical website source. Messages may also be processed through n8n-based automation.

The website stores a technical flag in sessionStorage to remember during that browsing session that you opened or dismissed the chat invitation. This is functional storage and is not used for analytics.

Do not use the chat for emergencies or send photographs, documents, test results or especially sensitive clinical information.

Trustindex reviews widget

Pages that display public reviews may load a functional Trustindex widget. When present, this connection is independent of your analytics choice and allows Trustindex, and Google when serving public resources, to receive technical request data and use their own technologies under their policies. If you block third-party resources, the widget may not appear. Read the policies of Trustindex and Google.

Other external services

WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media may use their own cookies or storage when you load external content or choose to open their links. Their respective policies apply.
